We make every effort to provide you with the best products and mail
order service possible, but occasionally you'll need to return something.
Clothing Returns Options
1) EXCHANGE (If you
Choose the Wrong Size or Colour):
Make an immediate exchange for different size or colour, as soon as
we receive your item back we'll post your exchange item straight
back out to you for free!
2) CREDIT (If you Choose an Item that you do not want):
You can send your item back and receive a Credit Note. Valid for any
purchase from Pistache Clothing Ltd. Go shopping straight away or
pop back when you have more time to use the credit against your next
order. Your Credit Note is Valid for 1 Year from the Date of Issue.
REFUNDS Your order is individually screen printed to your exact specifications by Pistache. It's not mass printed by children or slaves for pennies in the developing world like some clothing brands. Due to the additional time, effort & costs involved with doing things the fair, legal & eco-friendly way, we do not offer refunds. However, we will make every effort to ensure that you are a happy customer!
More Clothing Returns Information
If you wish to return an item to us you must take reasonable care of
it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale. All items
must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding
and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. We
reserve the right to withhold exchange or credit if the item is
visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave,
perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we
deem renders the item unsellable. Any costs incurred in returning
the item are the responsibility of the customer.
To receive a Clothing Returns Number, please contact us via e-mail
help@pistacheclothing.com within 7 days of receipt of
item(s). This
policy applies to both private & business orders. We reserve the
right to alter this policy at any time without notification, but any
alterations made will not affect existing orders. This policy was
