DELIVERY TIMES

UK & EU orders should be with you within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for screen printing, drying & delivery.

Non-EU orders should be with you within 10 days, but depending on local shipping and customs, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

UK & EU orders are not subject to any customs duties or taxes. Non-EU orders are shipped in a way that should not be subject to any customs duties or taxes. However, Non-EU customers should be aware that they are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged on entry to their country. These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control. Delivery times may vary for reasons out of our control, such as postal strikes, heavy snow, volcano eruptions or during busy periods such as Christmas. All orders are posted from France.

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to provide you with the best products and mail order service possible, but occasionally things may not be to your liking and you’ll need to return something.

YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:

1) REFUND (If you don’t want to exchange an item):
You can send your item back to us for a full refund of the item value excluding p&p.

2) EXCHANGE (If you Choose the Wrong Size or Colour):
Make an immediate exchange for different size or colour, as soon as we receive your item back we’ll post your exchange item straight back out to you for free!

3) CREDIT (If you Choose an Item that you do not want):
You can send your item back and receive a Credit Note. Valid for any purchase from Pistache Clothing Ltd. Go shopping straight away or pop back when you have more time to use the credit against your next order. Your Credit Note is Valid for 1 Year from the Date of Issue.

If you wish to return an item to us you must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labelling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. We reserve the right to withhold exchange or credit if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsellable. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. To receive a Returns Number, contact us via e-mail help@pistacheclothing.com within 7 days of receipt of item(s). This policy applies to both private & business orders. We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time without notification, but any alterations made will not affect existing orders. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES PISTACHE ACCEPT?

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card & Bank Transfer all processed through PayPal. Paypal offers Customers the Highest Level of Fraud Prevention available online, you can’t make a safer online transaction! You don’t need a Paypal Account to make payments via Paypal.

CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT IN USD($), EURO(€) OR OTHER CURRENCIES?

Yes, you can pay in GBP(£), USD($) & EURO(€) via Secure Online Checkout. You can change currency using the currency icons in the header of any page in our online shop. . We also accept payment by Paypal E-Invoice at the exact Exchange Rate at your time of ordering.

DO I NEED TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER?

No, you can pay by Credit or Debit card via Paypal without having to open an account.
